  About Us

Michael Hayes is a professional Plant Ecologist with over 25 years practical experience of carrying out research on a wide range of agri-environmental issues. Much of his research was carried out while employed by government research institutes (IGER Aberystwyth, Weed Research Organisation, Oxford) where he specialised in the interface between sustainable agricultural land management and nature conservation. Specialising in habitat conservation management and ecological restoration his research has been published widely within agricultural and ecological community and he has contributed to numerous scientific/wildlife conservation events both within the UK and overseas.

Dr Inga Spiridonova is a Soil Scientist and graduate of Moscow State University. She has long experience of studying soil properties and the role of soils within natural ecosystems. Her expertise in soil science and soil survey techniques allows a holistic approach to all our ecological projects. Inga is also our main monitoring botanist with extensive experience of both British and European flora.

We believe that our combined skills and experience in the areas of plant and soil ecology enable us to provide a unique approach to our ecological consultancy.
